Hello everyone, today I am going to be giving you a recipe for cream cheese frosting that tastes amazing with pumpkin and spice cakes!
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 cups of icing sugar
1 In your mixing bowl, beat softened butter and cream cheese with electric mixer on a medium speed for about 2 or 3 minutes or until nice and creamy. Be sure to stop and scrape the sides of the bowl.
2 Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar; mix until thick and spreads easily.
3 Ice your cake or cupcakes to look beautiful.
